Delivery Policy

We ship to all locations in the UK, extra shipping costs may be applicable for special domestic regions in the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of White, please contact us at info@norrisgreendesign If you want any product shipped to these locations. We also ship internationally to most locations. Delivery prices are set out on the specific product page on this website. These are our standard delivery prices which are generally based on 2-3 days shipping time (shipping time refers to the time period between the handing of the product over to the carrier for transport and the time it reaches you). We strive to maintain a 3-5 day average time-to-ship (Time-to-ship refers to the time period between the order placement and the handing of the product over to the carrier for transport) on items we have in stock, when items are made to order delivery times will be advised at the time of order.

We make no guarantees and will accept no liability stemming from a longer than average time-to-ship. Please note you are responsible for ensuring safe and easy public access to the delivery address and the products can fit into your property. If your goods cannot be delivered because of access issues and subsequently you do not take delivery of them from the delivery company’s depot, you will be charged to return them to us.
